China-Mexico strategic partnership needs strong support and active participation by the parliaments of both countries, visiting Chinese Vice President Xi Jinping said here Tuesday. 
　　During meetings with Mexican parliament leaders, Xi, who is here for a three-day official visit, spoke highly of the efforts of the Mexican parliament in promoting bilateral ties.
